To confirm your booking, we require 50% of the total amount to secure the space, and then the remaining amount is due 30 days prior to the event date. This is non-refundable within 30 days of your booking, your minimum spend must be spent within the duration of your event and any monies not used cannot be transferred towards a future booking. Payment can be made via a secure payment link or BACS – please note any funds received via BACS must be cleared in our account 30 days pre-event.

Our cancellation policy is 60 days notice before your event. Bookings cancelled between 60-30 days will be subject reschedule date within 90 days of the original booking date. Bookings cancelled within 30 days of the event are non-refundable. 

Cancellations within 7 days of the event will not be transferable.
